  1. Collection of personal data, purpose and legal basis

What is the personal data used for?

What types of personal information is collected? What is the legal basis?


Enable’s members – the data is needed in order to:

  • Create your membership.
  • Manage your Enable membership, including gifts and payments.
  • Send you the necessary information about your membership.
  • Report your contribution to the tax authorities.
  • Send out our newsletter.

General personal information held: Name, address, telephone number, registration and account number as well as your CPR number if your contribution is to be reported to the tax authorities.

The processing of the general personal data is done in order to fulfil a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Data Protection Regulation. Processing of your name and your e-mail is also carried out as a result of our legitimate interest in sending you news about the girls you have donated to in conjunction with (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Data Protection Regulation. The processing of your CPR number occurs on the basis of law (Section 11 (2) (1) of the Data Protection Act.

Enable’s volunteer – the data is needed in order to:

  • Manage your relationship with Enable.

General Personal Information held: Name, Company Address, and Work Phone Number. The processing of the said general personal data is done in order to fulfil a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Data Protection Regulation.

Enable’s donors – the data is needed in order to:

  • Manage your sponsorship and gifts.
  • Report your contribution to the tax authorities.
  • Send out our newsletter.

General Personal Information held: Name, Address, Phone Number, Donation Size, and Registration and Accounts Payments. CPR number if the contribution is to be reported to the tax authorities. The processing of the said general personal data is done in order to fulfil a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Data Protection Regulation. Processing of your name and your e-mail will also be done as a result of our legitimate interest in sending you news about the girls you have donated to (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Data Protection Regulation. The processing of your CPR number is based on the law (Section 11, subsection 2, No. 1 of the Data Protection Act).

  1. Transmission to other data controllers

If we are required, your personal information will be disclosed to self-contained data administrators, such as tax authorities. Your personal information is shared with our collaborators and suppliers (data providers), such as IT vendors.

Your personal information will not be transferred to data administrators or data servers located in countries outside the EU / EEA.

  1. Deletion of personal information
    We will delete your personal information when we no longer need to process it for the fulfilment of one or more of the purposes set out in section 2. However, the information may be processed and stored in anonymous form.

You are entitled at any time to gain insight into the information we hold about you, however, within certain statutory exceptions. In addition, you have the right to obtain information about yourself that you have given us and to transfer this information to another data controller (data portability).
